Where some of our Wildly Beautiful Blooms begin
Tucked away in the South Wales countryside, The Flower Patch is where we grow some of the flowers that eventually find their way into our weddings and events
It's a little bit wild,
a little bit colourful
and very much a work in progress, just how we like it.
It All Starts Here..
Before the bouquets, the buttonholes and the big colourful wedding installations, some of our flowers start life right here.
We grow seasonal flowers on our little Flower Patch in South Wales, choosing varieties for their colour, movement, scent and sheer joy.
Some are tiny seedlings that we've nurtured from the beginning. Some are planted out and then seemingly grow overnight.
Some behave beautifully.
And some... absolutely do whatever the hell they like.
That's part of the fun.
Why We Grow Our Own
Because we love flowers.
But also because there's something pretty special about using a flower that you've watched grow from a tiny seed into something that ends up in someone's wedding bouquet.
Growing our own gives us access to flowers that aren't always available through traditional flower wholesalers, and lets us bring a little piece of the Welsh countryside into our designs.
It also means we can work with the seasons rather than trying to make every flower available all year round.

Depending on the season, some of the flowers we grow can become part of your bouquet, centrepieces or installations.
We can't promise exactly which flowers will be blooming on your wedding day — that's the joy of working with nature — but we can promise that we'll use what's looking its absolute best.

THE FLOWER PATCH IS JUST THE BEGINNING
As much as we love using flowers from our own Patch, we don't grow everything.
And we wouldn't want to.
We combine our Welsh-grown blooms with beautiful seasonal flowers from British growers and trusted flower suppliers from further afield.
That means we have the freedom to create the colour, abundance, movement and personality that your wedding deserves.
The Flower Patch gives us our home-grown ingredients.
The rest of the flower world gives us even more to play with.

The Flower Patch is a huge part of why I love what I do.
I'm a florist, flower grower and slightly flower-obsessed 40 something based in
South Wales.
There's something incredibly satisfying about growing a flower, cutting it at exactly the right moment and then turning it into something that makes somebody's wedding day even more special.
It's muddy, it's hard work, it's occasionally frustrating...
and I absolutely bloody love it.
