We grow our own seasonal flowers on our Flower Patch and use them in our wedding work whenever the season allows.

They're not perfect.

They're not uniform.

And that's exactly why we love them.

Expect movement, personality, beautiful imperfections and flowers that feel like they've just been gathered from a country garden.

We'll also bring in gorgeous seasonal flowers from specialist growers and suppliers when we need them, because we're not afraid to go further to create something spectacular.

A Real Wedding story

R&S came to me wanting their wedding flowers to feel like a spring day.
They tied the knot in late January, and we're desperate to add a little bit of spring to their big day.
They came to me with a vision (first photo-not my work)
We talked , drank coffee and I got to know them as a couple. By the end of our chat, I knew what they liked and more importantly didn't like.
After having a little last minute wedding panic about bridesmaid dresses and colour matches, they left our meet up saying "we absolutely trust you to create the best flowers"
Because that's what we do!
We get to know our couples, and they trust us to bring their visions to life.

Sometimes things just don't go to plan...ha!
I was sat looking at the Flower Patch, thinking I must go and cut and deadhead the flowers.
So, I thought rather than just throw them on the compost, I'd make a blowsy bouquet with them for the house!
But as you can tell....I was absolutely not feeling the love for it...ha ha!
But it's now in the house looking super pretty.

Things are not perfect all of the time, and that's what I love about flowers.
They don't have to be Pinterest perfect to look absolutely beautiful.

Before we even talk about prices with our couples, the one question we ask in return is this.....
"What experience do you want your guests to walk into?" 🩷
Sometimes it's not all about the budget first, but the emotion.
No one likes to talk about money....we're British. We don't discuss things like that...ha!
But here at CDHQ we like to ease that embarrassment of talking prices, by sending every person that enquires with us our pricing guide.
By receiving the guide, you can make a decision pretty quickly as to whether we fit your budget and if we are going to be the florist for you.
